Seth is an Arabic-to-English translation app designed to help Arabic speakers communicate effectively in English-speaking environments. The App provides:

• Arabic to English text translation
• Phonetic pronunciation guides in Arabic script
• Text-to-speech audio playback
• Voice input for Arabic speech
• Conversation practice mode
• Support for multiple Arabic dialects

The App, including its design, features, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of translations (AI translations may contain errors)
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

Important: Seth is designed to assist with communication but should not be relied upon for critical, legal, medical, or official translations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through the App Store or Google Play
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
